If you have met Edinboro University's academic requirements but have not yet satisfied the English proficiency requirement, you may apply for conditional admission based upon eventual completion of the English Language Institute (ELI) program at Jamestown Community College (JCC).
Jamestown Community College, which is part of the State University of New York, has specific coursework that will help you strengthen your skills for official enrollment at Edinboro. While attending JCC, you will be enrolled full time in a course of study that is designed to improve your English proficiency to be academically successful at Edinboro. To begin your degree program at Edinboro, you will need a minimum GPA of a 2.0 at JCC and a letter of recommendation from the ELI instructor.
A $1,105 international student scholarship is available to students who are accepted to this program and enrolled at JCC full time (12 or more credit hours per semester).
Additional credits completed at JCC may be transferred back to Edinboro University per articulation agreements.
