Human Resources and Faculty Relations will provide services that contribute positively to the creation and support of a diverse working and learning environment. Human Resources and Faculty Relations will provide leadership and assistance to the University community in the areas of: employment; employee and labor relations; employee benefits and services administration; staff training and development; employee classification and compensation; workers’ compensation; and organizational and policy development.
