NSO

Students deposited for Fall 2023 can register for one of our New Student Orientation (NSO) dates. NSO is an important event, where students will review their Fall schedule, interact with faculty and staff, Q&A with financial aid, and meet other students.

Accepted students must pay their deposit to be able to register for and attend NSO. Once you have made your deposit, please register for a date of your choosing:

  • Overview of day’s schedule

PennWest Essentials (students & parents/guests) - Pogue MPR

  • Academic Expectations (delivered by Academic Affairs Administrator)
  • Registrar (regarding FERPA and Degree Works)
  • Health & Wellness Services (addressing health centers, counseling services and more)
  • Housing & Dining Services (addressing assignment, important pre move-in details and meal plan selection)
  • Campus Safety General Overview

10:15 am Parents/Guests: Break-out session - Pogue MPR
Students:  Connection activities - Van Houten North

11:15 am
