Human Resources and Faculty Relations will provide services that contribute positively to the creation and support of a diverse working and learning environment. The Office will provide members of the University community with opportunities for personal and professional development and encourage commitment to the University's values and goals.

Human Resources and Faculty Relations will provide leadership and assistance to the University community in the areas of: employment; employee and labor relations; employee benefits and services administration; staff training and development; employee classification and compensation; workers' compensation; and organizational and policy development.
