The Access Office provides services for issuing and collecting University ID cards, issuing long-range proximity cards, granting electronic access via a University ID card and distributing and collecting physical keys.

The Accounting Office assists students in attaining their academic goals by providing timely and accurate financial information regarding their personal University account. Adult Student Services provides special assistance specific to adult students, who often have major obligations beyond their academic work, such as full-time employment and/or responsibilities to a household and children. The Facilities Office at Edinboro University provides a variety of maintenance services to the campus community, which support the University’s mission, programs and goals. The Office of Social Equity provides leadership as well as direct assistance in the creation of a campus environment that promotes diversity and values individual differences and similarities. The Office also is responsible for overseeing the University’s compliance with federal and state laws pertaining to equal opportunity, nondiscrimination and affirmative action and, as such, investigates complaints of harassment and other forms of prohibited or unlawful discrimination.
