Our faculty members are highly educated, professionally accomplished, and devoted to the success of their students. No matter what discipline you study, you will be taught by specialists. Our students’ work is award winning and we have numerous successful alumni. We are accredited by the National Association of Schools of Art and Design, and our programs meet the same rigorous standards as the finest art programs in the nation.

All of our undergraduate students take a comprehensive series of foundations courses to prepare them for study in their majors. There is no portfolio review for undergraduate admission, so regardless of your previous preparation, if you have the desire to study the arts, we will provide the basis for success.

It is an exciting environment. We have a great variety of student organizations, many visiting artists and speakers, and two galleries with regular exhibitions. It is also a warm, welcoming, and supportive place to study and live. There is room here for everybody with an interest in the arts.
