Students have many options when making reports of incident that occur on campus.  Whether reporting incidents of Sexual Misconduct, Student Conduct Violations, or criminal activity, the resources below are available to make anonymous or known reports.  Please note that the reporting options below are not confidential in nature.

Student Conduct Office

Reports of violations of the Student Code of Conduct can be made via Maxient.  Links to the Maxient system can be found here:

Confidential Resources

If you are looking for a confidential resource available on campus to discuss any issue with, please contact Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) to schedule a counseling session to discuss your situation.

Faculty and Staff Information

Faculty and Staff members are considered Mandatory Reports and must report any instances of Sexual Misconduct or Child Abuse of which they are aware to the Title IX Office.  Reports can be made directly to the Title IX Coordinator using the contact information below, or though the Guardian reporting tool linked below.

If you are concerned about a student, due to behavioral issues, consider making a Campus Assessment Response and Evaluation (C.A.R.E.) report.  The C.A.R.E. team reviews the information provided and make recommendations on further action, such as referrals and reports to other departments on campus.
