Once you have been assigned an employee email address and password, you will be able
to log in to theMyPennWest portal, which provides helpful information and resources organized by category for easy
reference. Additionally, clicking on the MyEdinboro “Tech Help” icon allows you to
search for self-help solutions and/or create a helpdesk ticket. You may also call
the Technology Help Center at campus extension 2111 (or 814-732-2111 from an off-campus
location) to talk to a technical support representative, or visit us in person on
the upper level of Ross Hall.
Yes, Information Technology Services offers various training throughout the academic
year, including a Technology Orientation Day during the week prior to the start of
the fall semester. Employees will be notified of the topics, dates and times prior
to all training. Additional department training is available by contacting the Technology
Help Center.
